This is a treasure trove of old needlepoint patterns from many different countries. You can search for them by technique, subject, publisher or author. There are also some patterns here that weren’t intended for needlepoint, but that can be fairly easy adapted for needlepoint.

This is the place to go when you long to make vintage needlepoint slippers, or dive deep into the world of Art Deco and Art Nouveau needlepoint.

This site is filled with ideas and guides to how to make gifts for babies and their parents, and one of the sections contains crotch stitch patterns that are very much suitable for needlepoint work. Some of the patterns are very focused on babies, but there are also more general things, such as letters, borders, animals, etc.

At Pic2Point, you can upload one of your own photographs or pictures and let their special software convert it into a needlepoint pattern.

Using the site is very easy. Just follow the three simple steps and your picture will be converted. You can then either print out the pattern or download it and store it on your computer.

Pic2Point will even calculating which colours embroidery floss are needed and how many skeins you need of each colour.
